To sign up, fill out the registration form, print it and mail it in with your check(s)

• FEES:  $25.00 Per Person Doubles; $12.00 Singles
• CHECKS ONLY WITH FORM(S)         DO NOT SEND CASH
• DOUBLES: If possible, please submit one check per team

Flight Captains Meeting:August 30th (ON MONDAY THIS TIME), 2304 Brierfield, Monroe Flight Captains please plan to attend. Schedules will be distributed.

Please read the OWTA By-Laws and Rules at OWTA ByLaws.  By signing up to play in OWTA, you agree to abide by these rules.

NOTES AND REMINDERS

1. Remember all OWTA Doubles matches are to be played at the time and location specified on the schedule unless postponed or interrupted by weather or safety issues. When matches are interrupted, it is best to for all players to agree on a time and date before leaving the courts.
2. Every effort is made to equitably schedule teams, players, courts and ball rotations. Please do not ask for preferential scheduling.
3. Singles players are responsible for scheduling matches and paying court fees.
4. If you have a substitute in doubles, you must have that SUB approved by the Flight Captain BEFORE the match whether or not the sub is listed on the schedule.
5. SCORES NOT REPORTED BY November 19th WILL BE MARKED AS FORFEIT FOR BOTH TEAMS.
6. A TEAM/PLAYER WITH 2 OR MORE FORFEITS WILL BE INELIGIBLE TO SIGN UP FOR ONE LEAGUE
